Jeb Bush takes long view as he starts White House run – Reuters

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission to run for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.

Bush, 62, the son and brother of former U.S. presidents, was scheduled to make a formal announcement later in the day in Miami. He joins 10 Republicans who have announced their intention to run.

“We will take command of our future once again in this country,” Bush said in excerpts of his speech. "I will take nothing and no one for granted. I will run with heart. I will run to win.”
